Feminism today has manifested itself in many forms. The stereotypical notion of women being confined to the domestic sphere and men to the public sphere is being challenged on a regular basis, and why not? It is high time that we stop turning a blind eye to this. It is high time that we know our past, present and possible future.

Music has always been for the soul. We call it food for the soul. It has a language of its own and takes us into the past, present, and future. This particular piece gives us a glimpse into the past life of music itself.

George Carlin said – “Men are from Earth, women are from Earth. Deal with it.” A very basic statement but it speaks volumes. Will women ever come out of this cycle of seeking justice for equality and equal opportunities? Why did women have to start in the first place?

Art finds many ways to express itself and people use it to depict their thoughts, feelings, emotions, and more often than not, themselves too. Art brings in a different kind of freedom altogether. One very well known yet intricate form of art takes shape in the form of sculptures. Over the years, sculptures have had their own ways of telling us many stories and their significance in the past.

The Covid-19 induced pandemic has certainly changed our way of doing things - the ‘new normal’ demands that we wear masks for our own safety as well as our family’s. Is it the first time though that masks have become this indispensable?
